The state of cannabis in the Philippines right now is currently being processed by their Dangerous Drugs Board, politicians, and specialists. Yesterday, Feb 7, 2024, their session focused on finalizing the draft of the final medical cannabis bill.

The gov’t is set to get the third and final reading of the medical marijuana bill within 2024 to make it a reality. The bill has some limitations, thanks to the limited, outdated insights and ideas of their Dept. of Health.
